Well I would say progress if going great on this goal :) This shouldn't be a hard one to accomplish especially since I already see you as a really good friend! I will start trying to use my email more often lol I seem to be more likely to leave comments on blogs and web pages than send a simple email (yes weird I know) but if you check your email more often than you check anything else I wil def start emailing.
