Family Fitness Fun!!
Description
As a family, we will improve our overall fitness level by: (1) exercising a collective 400 hours and (2) losing a collective 100 pounds by February 20th, 2008.
In order to arrive at this goal, each participant will exercise at least 3 times per week for at least 30 minutes per session. For each 30 minutes of exercise, $1 will be placed in a designated savings place. At the end of each week, participants will weight themselves and, if any weight has been lost, will place an additional $1 in savings.
On February 20th, if the cumulative time exercised and weight lost meets or exceeds the goal, Mom and Dad will match the total savings, up to $1,000. If both goals are not met, they will match up to $500. The saved money would then be used to fund the best weekend ever at Disneyland.
