dear harvey,I realised last night that I need to get on track with this,the only time it realy works is when I use the menu plan at the back as a guide,so I am doing that.
today I feel

- sickly
- knees are burning
- unsociable
- tired
- tearful
- old


on the good side

- calm
- centred
-relaxed

because I know that no matter what I can handle it,no katter what the outcome,I will learn and grow and it will be for my highest good.

- focused
- grateful
- joyful

I started a journal for excercise and detoxing offfline,that realy helps alott actually.

here i am back at the start again,but thats ok,because I NEVER QUIT!!!!maw haw haw.
just starting over getting better and better at this evey time.

my eyes itch so bad after eating bad foods and such.however I did carry on excercising,so I am not all bad huh!!!!
