Description

My steps to complete this goal are: go to work earlier so I can come home earlier. make time even if guests are in town. workout 4 times a week.

You are doing an incredible job! One more workout to go and you will have achieved the goal. And you are almost at 6000 calories! That is a bunch.

So Friday's run was the best in a months, Saturday was pretty good, today- OUCH!! I will definitely be taking tomorrow off. In general it's beautiful here and the hills are a wonderful challenge but I do miss the gym on days like today. It would be very nice to switch it up and do a spin class, or better yet resistance training!
