Be 120 pounds by January 1st

Description

i want to eat right (buy the right graoceries), do cardio (running and walking) and strength training with weights so i can loose a total of 18 pounds in three months.

So as of today i weigh 140.. uhg! lol but that is why i have a goal... to be 120 by January 1st... and i WILL make it!
