become more proficient at speaking Spanish

Description

I am not speaking it as much as I had been and I feel like I am losing a little bit of what I had known.... I am planning on listening to more podcasts and keeping a journal of new words/ quizzing myself whenever possible.

yo no sabia que si no usaras el idioma de espanol cada dia, usted podria(could) olvidarse hasta toda aun dia si no te pones, pense que era temporal??

since my bilengue dad went away..me and siblings had no one else to translate what my only-spanish speaking mother would tell us??!!!

i think my spanish is good..yo no lo hablo mocho,
but i'm striving for a higher goal,i want to speak spanish more proficiently too...
what helps is studying ALOT..
& i am planning on attending a university in Mexico in a year..but that's only allowed if both or one of your parents was born in Mexico.Otherwise,no ones allowed.

Do you have a good podcast to listen to? I haven't gotten into any in Spanish?

Started updating my personal Spanish dictionary that I made. I am trying to go through all my worksheets from Spanish school and get them added to the dictionary. Then I will start seeing how many of the words I truly know and can use.

I listened to 2 podcasts this morning to refresh my Spanish. I think I want to create some sort of personalized dictionary as I learn words, and I do receive the word of the day, but I need to try to incorporate it into my daily speech more often. Perhaps I will try to write a Spanish journal to use my vocab more.
