Description
.25 mile swim, 10 mile bike, 3.1 mile run. Get into better shape as cross training for tennis and to build up one day to an iron man. I am going to swim, bike, and run harder, faster, and longer.

Alex, Be sure to drink some chocolate milk within 30 minutes after your workout. It works just as well as the sports drink Endurox to speed recovery time. If you can get some Accelerade for drinking during your work outs, that will help too. You can get Accelerade at Albertson's, Circle K, even Target sometimes has it. Or just cut the Endurox in half with water and add a pinch of salt. You can get more info on the research at Accelerade.com.
Wow! I like the record keeping, it looks like you are doing a good job. Where are you going to complete the iron man (what race)?
What happened to your tri-mentality on the 9th? Was that before or after you rode 11 miles? If you can get out the door and ride even though the spirits are low, wow! Then that's a lot of self-discipline. Or maybe the good habit is established and a good addiction is going? Do you do some swimming while in the Keys? Or stay on the boat? ;-)
