Yay for going to the gym! It's good to get in a routine of going to the gym but your actual workouts should vary to keep challenging your body. Good luck!

Into the gym routine now, three days a week. Somehow I have more energy since I started working out. Putting that energy towards eating as much meat and cheese as possible.
