Hey buddy, lets get back in the game rock this thing! I know it's been tough with the weather and the job but I know you can pull it off.

Brian had a nice run today..14 miles.
I carried all the water, towels, energy bars, etc.
So my run sucked.
But I'm really happy for Brian. Good luck next week without your caddy.

Ran new "furthest ever"...14 miles...but loosing my running partner who is moving to Boston...asshole.
Ran it in 2 hrs. 32min. which is very slow...but the goal is to finish...not beat the Kenyans
